Item Processing Time: The processing time of the order varies with the product type and stock status, and most items are processed in 1or 2 days, except for holidays. In addition, the expedited items we will be processed orders as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped from our online tea shore, you will receive an email with your order number, logistics order number, and recipient information, and you could also login to your account to view more relevant order information. Our delivery time depends on the number of orders, it usually takes 7-10 days, sometimes it will be delayed to 15-20 days. If you have not received the item or the item that you receive has the quality problem, please contact us immediately.

Parcels Detained or Lost
If the package is lost or detained for more than three weeks, we will re-ship your item or refund the full money.
Received The Wrong Package

Missing Delivery
If you do not receive the item during the delivery time, the local sorting agency will leave you a card that allow you to call them and then rearrange a more convenient time to deliver item again, or you can take it yourself. Due to safety reason, all items must be signed and we cannot deliver the item that are not recorded.
Incorrect And Old Address
If you make a mistake and enter a new address, we will be happy to help you with the courier to redirect you order. However, these services require a $15 fee to intercept packages already on the way, and these costs need to be borne by customers. To prevent this happen, please double-check your order before submitting the order and remove the incorrect and old address from your account details, which will help you to avoid mistaken selection in the future.
Returns and Claims
If you are not satisfied with the items, please tell us your doubts, and we will help you solve the problem. If you receive the tea is incorrect or damaged, please contact us. We will have 35% charge for any tea or tea set that have already opened or used. If it is our own fault, we will support the return and refund. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for all cost of delivery.
